Returns and refund.
We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from Bambamtoys. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 7 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a refund* or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 4 days of receipt.

Faulty goods.
If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away so that we can resolve the problem asap.

Your statutory rights.
Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelling dispatched goods.
If the goods have already been despatched we ask you to package them up, in resaleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service.
